Olio extravergine di oliva monocultivar coratina “Gold”

MONOCULTIVAR CORATINA/COLD EXTRACTED: oil produced only from the Coratina olive, the typical cultivar of the Bari area. Cold extracted at less than 22° and filtered a few hours after harvesting. Extraction at these temperatures allows the organoleptic characteristics of the oil to be kept intact, making it richer in aromas and nutrients.

Coratina is identified by its intense and decisive character. Its scent of freshly pressed green olives and its typical spicy note are strongly persistent on the palate. In particular, the spiciness is due to the high content of antioxidant polyphenols, about three times that present in other varieties. Excellent for more demanding dishes and raw condiments, to enjoy it in all its flavour.

The dark glass bottle allows you to better preserve the level of quercetin (natural antioxidant) and zinc (essential micro element) compared to a clear glass bottle. The anti-refill cap is a guarantee of greater safety.
