CHIARO MONTE was born from a desire to protect our ancient olive groves and reimagine their legacy for the modern world.
We craft vibrant, early-harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil with care and intention — cold-pressed within hours of harvest to preserve its purest essence and nourishing properties.
But CHIARO MONTE is more than olive oil.
